Art Therapy Group FAQ’s

  • Any adult (18 and up) experiencing anxiety. Group is open to all genders and is LGBTQIA+ welcoming.

  • Art Therapy Group will be held on Mondays begining October 6, 2023 from 6:30-8 p.m. Group will be ongoing and is open to new participants. Group will be held at Insightful Life Therapy Services located at 4121 Union Rd. #207, St. Louis, MO 63129

  • Cost is $50 per session. If you purchase a 6-session package you will receive a 10% discount ($270). All group materials will be supplied.
