My name is Molly Green, and I look forward to working with you to become your best self. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I have worked in a wide variety of environments including owning my own practice, working in agencies that specialized in addiction and psychiatric disorders, hospitals, working with the homeless population, treating non neurotypical folks, and in inpatient centers.

I am also a trained art therapist and believe that using the creative process and self-expression is beneficial in therapy for children, adolescents and adults. My background and ongoing education have helped give me expertise in working with clients who are experiencing addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and behavioral issues. I utilize a variety of modalities including art therapy, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength based therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma informed services.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My philosophy is that therapy is not one size fits all and that together we will develop a treatment plan and goals to best serve you as well as identify which types of therapy to incorporate into your treatment. I believe the most important piece of doing therapeutic work together is to create a safe environment that inspires growth and allows you to become the person you are meant to be.
