My name is Kiley Aschoff. I am a provisionally licensed counselor in Missouri and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
I have worked with clients ranging in age from 3 to 45. I have experience working with children with extreme behaviors providing behavior therapy as a behavior technician. During a portion of my internship I worked with adolescents both in a group and individual setting. I have also had the pleasure of providing case management and therapy to children and families in crisis.
I enjoy working with all age ranges and backgrounds and utilize a variety of techniques to make sure my clients are receiving care that is tailored for them. I have a person-centered approach and believe my clients are the experts on themselves and their needs. I enjoy empowering clients and using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques. I want my clients to gain the knowledge and ability to address their needs outside of the therapy setting. I believe a safe and supportive environment is crucial for clients to develop these skills.
