Opening yourself up to someone new takes trust and courage. Using a warm and encouraging approach, I walk with you through your experience, providing support and guidance. We will work together to explore different methods to help you navigate through life’s difficult circumstances. My goal is to help you create a foundation that helps you feel rooted in your skills, creating awareness, acceptance, and the resilience to face your struggles and regain balance in your life.
My experience is varied and consists of over 15 years of experience serving children, adults and families in a variety of settings, providing assessment, crisis services, case management, and most recently, managing quality improvement in a behavioral health setting. Working in a variety of settings has given me the experience to help individuals and teams navigate through leadership challenges, build trust on teams, and communicate more effectively. I am Dare to Lead trained, based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client centered. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches tailored to meet the needs of each client and family, including EMDR, Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity challenges, substance use, grief/loss, life adjustments, parenting challenges and more. I am passionate about offering resources, support, insight, and an affirming space. I aim to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe space for clients to express authenticity and vulnerability.
I’m excited to support you in exploring areas where you would like to build skills, increase self-awareness and live a balanced life.
