WHAT IS PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH?

Perinatal Mental Health involves the treatment of the stress, anxiety, adjustment, and mood disorders associated with a person’s journey into parenthood. This includes the treatment of infertility, miscarriages, TFMR, infant loss, NICU parenting, and post partum anxiety, depression, and psychosis. Sometimes, this also includes coping with a child-free life, post infertility.
