My name is Nicole Seckel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have worked with these populations in various settings, primarily in the therapeutic school environment. I have experience working with adolescents who have behavioral and mental health concerns, both in the individual and group setting. I have also provided case management to adolescents and their families/support teams.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, and person centered. I utilize various therapeutic approaches to provide the best support and treatment for each individual client. The approaches I utilize include, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy techniques. I have worked with clients who need support with anxiety, depression, trauma, school avoidance, effective communication, and gaining coping skills.

I am passionate about providing an empowering, safe, and supportive setting for my clients. Through the therapeutic process, my hope is for my clients to gain the skills and knowledge they need to become the best versions of themselves.
